Our paper on structural fixation and interlayer interactions in a μ-oxo-bridged silicon porphyrazine dimer has been published in Chemistry – A European Journal.
In a collaborative study with Associate Prof. Shimizu at Kyushu University, we report the first synthesis of a μ-oxo-bridged silicon porphyrazine (SiPz) dimer and elucidate how structural fixation and interlayer interactions influence its photophysical properties. This work has been published in Chemistry – A European Journal.
In our laboratory, Mr. Ehara(D3) led femtosecond transient absorption measurements and analyzed the excited-state dynamics. The results revealed that, for the donor–acceptor heterodimer, reverse saturable absorption (RSA) via an intramolecular charge-transfer (ICT) state is the dominant pathway and constitutes the primary origin of the observed large two-photon absorption cross section.
